At Mollie Mae Wines, we want you to love every bottle you uncork. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to alcohol shipping regulations, we are unable to accept returns of wine unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

If your order arrives with:

  • Broken or leaking bottles

  • Incorrect items

  • Damaged packaging
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We’ll make it right—whether that means replacing the item, offering a refund, or providing store credit.

What We Can’t Accept

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wine that was opened or consumed

  • Orders returned due to missed delivery attempts or refusal

  • Personal taste preferences

That said, if you're truly unhappy with a wine, drop us a note. We’re a small business that stands behind our wine—and we’ll do our best to make things right.
